Kirby Cool

Kirby Cool is a graduate of Purdue University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor’s in Human Services and a minor in Psychology. Kirby was previously with United Way of DeKalb County in many different capacities consisting of Resource Development Coordinator, Community Impact Coordinator, and served as the Interim Executive Director for a short time. She has also been a director for a couple of different nonprofit agencies in the area. She is a lifelong resident of Auburn, where she is now raising her daughter Harleigh and son Ledger. They have two dogs, Auggie and Sadie, and two cats, Leia and Cali. Kirby joined United Way of Allen County in January 2023 and is extremely excited to be back in the United Way network!
