Dustin Newcomer
Campaign Manager
A native Hoosier, Dustin Newcomer and his 2 brothers grew up in Northern Indiana in Elkhart County. Dustin later earned his Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 2012. His career since then has focused on non-profit and community-oriented roles, most recently as the KidsCare Director for the Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart County. In his free time, Dustin roots for Notre Dame, the Chicago Bears, and the Chicago Cubs. When not watching sports, Dustin and his girlfriend Karissa enjoy exploring new restaurants, summer concerts, traveling, golfing, and lake life with their 3 dogs Harper Lee, Marlee, and Stella. Dustin joined United Way in March 2024, and is excited to build relationships with community members and be a part of creating positive change here in Allen County.
