Robert Haworth

Robert “Rob” Haworth joined the staff of United Way of Allen County in January 2023. Prior to joining the staff, he served as a public-school superintendent. He is married to Amy and has two children. Dr. Haworth earned his Ph.D. from Indiana State University. He holds a master’s degree in education from Indiana University Southeast and a bachelor’s degree from Greenville University. Rob sees himself as a leader, teacher, and coach of character response and transitional leadership. As an impact-oriented thought leader, Rob brings individuals and organizations together to advance the organization’s mission and reach its vision. Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, watching sports, and running.
