IBEW Local 305 is a trade union specifically for Inside Electrical Wiremen/Technicians that has been in Fort Wayne since 1912. Through our training center, we provide apprenticeships for those looking to become Journeymen Electricians or Journeymen Technicians, and apprentices earn while they learn. Currently the 305 is experiencing a period of growth, with work all over the country. With such an outlook, it is possible that the IBEW has many more years to come in Fort Wayne.
