Javon Bell is the owner of Bellaire Studio. His area of expertise is website development, strategy, and design. He has been a member of the Marketing Committee since 2016, where he currently serves as Chair. Over the last 10 years, he has worked with businesses in Allen County and many other industries across the country to meet their marketing and creative goals. Javon graduated from IPFW University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
