United Way of Allen County Seeking New Leadership

FORT WAYNE (July 17, 2024) – United Way of Allen County is beginning a search for new leadership following the resignation of Robert Haworth, effective August 1, 2024.
“We wish Rob well in his new endeavors and are grateful for his contributions to United Way of Allen County,” said Heidi Fowler, Board Chair. “We have appreciated his leadership during his tenure. The United Way has always supported Vincent Village, and are excited to see Rob continue his work in the community.”
The Board of Directors is dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition and will actively support the United Way of Allen County team during this time. The comprehensive search will focus on finding new leadership who will direct the organization in its mission to boldly impact critical community issues while continuing to bring positive change to Allen County.
