Tim Captain

Tim Captain has dedicated his entire career to public education and currently serves as Principal of Indiana Agriculture and Technology School in Fort Wayne. As the founding leader of the school’s Fort Wayne campus, he is committed to helping students succeed through innovative, career-connected learning opportunities. Tim is passionate about building strong community partnerships that support student achievement, workforce readiness, and lifelong success. He is honored to serve on the United Way of Allen County Board and support efforts that strengthen local families and communities.
