Wayne joined the United Wayne of Allen County team in March 2023. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The Defiance College (Ohio). Wayne has served in the nonprofit sector for approximately 6 years. He is a native of Allen County with a passion for service and community building. In his spare time, Wayne enjoys playing basketball, playing golf, reading, and traveling.
