Tiffany Bailey
Vice President of Community Impact
Tiffany Bailey has been with United Way of Allen County for over 20 years and serves as Vice President of Community Impact. She is a lifelong resident of northeast Indiana and a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University of Fort Wayne with a degree in Psychology. Tiffany and her husband, Bill, live near Auburn and have three sons, Jarrett (daughter-in-law, Brooklyn, joining the family in September 2024), Jasen, and Javin. They also have three dogs, Dinger, Rizzo, and Gracie. Tiffany enjoys working out, reading, and watching sports (especially Purdue and Indianapolis Colts), and food competition shows even though she hates to cook.
