WHEN:          Wednesdays inJanuary and February from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. (see full listing below)
 
WHERE:        United Way of Allen County Carriage House, 334 E. Berry St.
 
WHY:             To provide individuals, particularly those from Organized Labor, with important economic and community information.
