Please note that United Way of Allen County is changing its fiscal year from December 31 to June 30, therefore the agency did not have its financial statements audited December 31, 2010. The agency will have an 18-month audit of the financial statements for the period January 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011. A stub period IRS form 990 will be prepared for the period of January 1, 2011 - June 30, 2011.
