United Way enters partnerships where its participation can make the biggest impact on Allen County.
As a neutral community organization, United Way can convene groups with widely varying perspectives and help them develop new approaches to large-scale problems. Issues like racism, availability of child care, public transportation options for the disabled or economically disadvantaged, housing, early childhood education and others have far-reaching implications.
