From affordable child care and literacy training for working families, to therapy and independence-building activities for people with disabilities, there are many needs for the human services funding United Way provides with help from donors. Currently, United Way helps fund more than 70 services and initiatives through 36 agency partners in Allen County. United Way prioritizes funding of programs based on needs identified in a periodic Community Assessment.
